ABOUT THE ARTIST
Elmar Mageramov is a multifaceted artist, writer and skilled restorer of oil paintings. With a deep appreciation for the art world, he has dedicated his life to exploring the nuances of creativity across different mediums. Elmar's journey began in his childhood where he developed a passion for painting, which later blossomed into a career in restoration, allowing him to breathe new life into classic masterpieces.
His philosophy is reflected in his art, where Nature serves as his greatest muse. Through vibrant colors and intricate details he captures the essence of the natural world, inviting viewers to experience its beauty. Each piece tells a story, showcasing his deep connection to the environment and his passion for preserving it.
PHILOSOPHY
Elmar is a philosopher whose primary focus is the relationship between nature and humanity. Through his exploration of the natural world, he seeks to unravel the concept of life energy, insights into how our existence is intertwined with the environment around us.
His work invites readers to reflect on the profound connections that bind us to nature and the vital energy that flows through all living things.
In his book Philosophy of Spirit, completed in 2024, Elmar explain mechanisms of nature, which works in a human as a part of nature.

BIOGRAPHY
Born into a family of artists in Riga, Latvia. His parents are VGIK graduates, were involved in animation film production. Thus, Elmar's surrounded by art since childhood.
After finishing high school, he graduated the Latvian Academy of Arts, receiving a master's degree in Art History and Restoration.
Participated in various restoration projects of significant works of art in Russia, Germany, Latvia, France, Italy, and Great Britain.
Since 2014 - 2017 is an owner of the art gallery "Portretu Galerija" in Riga.
Since 2017, he has been working as art dealer and research specialist of the 16th-19th centuries paintings with European auction houses such as Lempertz, Hampel, Osenat, Bonhams, Wannenes and others.
